About me
I am an evolving designer with the learnings from my work experience, academia and life. For me, design is just not a profession but a mindset to thrive in this world. I look at all the aspects of the world with a critical eye and constantly identify opportunities for ‘innovation’ or simply ‘change’. I always try to follow the doughnut economics principle in my approaches which goes by ‘Designing an ecologically safe and socially just space for humanity to thrive’.

I don’t follow design methods or create deliverables for the sake of it but I foresee how each action in the design process & each design deliverable creates value for the team I am working with, and the stakeholders I am designing for, in an accessible, socially just & ecologically safe way.

I have 7 years of experience working as a Designer including design research, service design, UX design and visual design from working at HUED(Design consulting) in research and service design for several Saudi government organisations, at Wongdoody, doing UX and Visual design for several large-scale companies across the Europe and the US, and as a freelance UX designer working with small and mid-sized companies. Academically, I have a master’s degree from The Glasgow School of Art in Design Innovation & Service Design where I worked on projects researching and innovating in the area of healthcare, waste management and active travel by exploring concepts like circular economy, speculative design, and service design approaches.
